USD 100 per pax booking fee or 10% of the total package, deposit to confirm the tour.
Full payment 45 days before travel date.
If the tour date is under 45 days on confirmation, 100% payment must be made for confirmation
50% of full fee is charged if cancelled within 31-45 days of travel
75% of full fee is charged if cancelled within 15-30 days of travel
100% fee is charged if cancelled within 14 days of travel
Days will be counted from the 6.00am on the tour starting day.
For bookings falling from 20th December to 5th January , 100% full fee is charged if cancelled within 45 days of travel
We will refund all recoverable money due to cancellations whenever it’s possible.
